Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Executive – R&D, Legal Compliance & Risk Management to support ongoing research, compliance monitoring, risk tracking, and project coordination activities.

This is a pure execution and support-level role, not a managerial or decision-making position. The candidate will work under guidance of senior leadership and contribute to structured task execution, documentation, reporting, and coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Development Support

• Assist in execution of assigned R&D and process improvement initiatives
• Conduct market, competitor, and operational research as required
• Collect, organize, and summarize data for reports and presentations
• Support documentation of findings and improvement suggestions
• Assist in implementing approved process enhancements

2. Project Coordination & Execution Support

• Support project planning activities including task tracking and timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for execution of assigned work
• Monitor task progress and update status trackers regularly
• Escalate issues, risks, and delays to reporting manager
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

3. Product Support Activities

• Assist in documenting product requirements and updates
• Collect and organize user feedback for analysis
• Support tracking of product enhancements and updates
• Coordinate with teams for execution-related follow-ups
• Maintain product-related documentation and logs

4. Compliance & Risk Support

• Assist in maintaining compliance records and documentation
• Support implementation of internal policies and procedures
• Identify and report operational and process-level risks
• Assist in incident tracking and root cause documentation
• Support adherence to compliance standards and guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in R&D, Compliance, Risk Management, or Project Support roles
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of compliance processes, documentation, and project coordination
• Must have a strong execution-oriented mindset (not a managerial role)
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a structured, task-driven, and fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions and defined processes

Important Note

• This is a Senior Executive (Individual Contributor) role only
• This position does not involve team management, strategy ownership, or decision-making authority
• Candidates with managerial expectations are not suitable for this role

Work Timing

Candidates must be available for calls between 4:45 PM – 3:45 AM IST (Monday to Thursday)
